About the MPH Program

Cornell’s growing MPH Program, accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health, provides professional public health training that focuses on the root causes of the greatest public health challenges of our time: the unsustainable ways that humans interact with the environment, and the inequitable ways that we interact with each other. To do this, we utilize a transdisciplinary One Health/Planetary Health systems approach, and teach the practical skills of public health with an engaged methodology featuring community partners and small groups of students, for hands-on experience and bidirectional benefit.
