eCornell's Department of Individual Student Enrollment is looking for temporary Enrollment Representatives to join their team! An Enrollment Representative works with leadership and fellow team members to master all the key basics of the new student qualification/enrollment process and ensures achievement of all performance objectives. This is a metrics-driven position.
Please Note: Your initial 3 weeks in the position will be dedicated to onboarding and training. During these weeks you will be able to select from 2 options - 9 am -12 pm EST or 2-5 pm EST.
After onboarding, regular working hours available are between 7 am and 8 pm EST. You will be able to set your schedule with your Team Lead for the hours that work best for you in shifts of 3 hours or longer.
